The textbook English for Scientists is intended for the study of professionally oriented English by applicants for the third scientific degree of higher education (Doctor of Philosophy) and applicants for the 2nd level of higher education (Master's) of all specialties. The textbook is focused on enriching the vocabulary of applicants, developing the skills of translating professional original literature, summarizing in order to obtain and use information necessary for future professional activity. The textbook consists of 11 thematic sections containing basic educational texts, a set of communicative lexical exercises, an appendix and training grammar exercises to improve knowledge of grammar. The textbook contains questions that are proposed for an oral interview at the test and exam.
