Synopsis

The manual contains the legal aspects of forensic activities in Ukraine and EU countries. Examples of the construction of generalized models of railway-transport accident mechanisms during forensic examinations and expert research, as well as the sequence of developing methodologies for expert research, are considered. Intended for studying theoretical material and performing practical and individual work by students studying in higher educational institutions in the specialty of 275 "Transport technologies" and studying the discipline "Examination of railway-transport accidents".
