Synopsis

The training handbook describes the theoretical foundations of technical equipment of station yards, principles of track development schemes, technology of work with trains and cars, conditions of use of station yards of different schemes, as well as examples of calculation of parameters of their technical equipment. The textbook is intended for practical and independent work, course and diploma design by students studying in higher educational institutions in the field of 275 "Transport Technologies" and studying the discipline "Railway Stations and Junctions".
