The textbook contains materials that cover a range of problems, methodologies and methods for managing the quality of products (services), works, processes and systems for any sphere of economic activity in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards (DSTU ISO) series 9000, 14000, 22000, 26000, 27000, 31000, 45000, 50000, etc. As additional materials, there are materials on the philosophy, principles and approaches of “Total (generalized, general) quality management – TQM”. It is intended for students studying at the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, the educational component “Quality Management” and their final (qualification) work of the bachelor's degree in the OPP “Quality, Metrology and Expertise” of specialty 175 – Information and Measurement Technologies. It can also be useful for graduate students, university teachers, entrepreneurs, managers and professionals of organizations, institutions and companies operating in the field of quality assurance.
