Synopsis

The textbook is intended for studying professionally oriented English by students of specialty 275 “Transport Technologies (by Type)”, enriching their vocabulary, developing skills in translating professional original literature, and abstracting in order to obtain and use information necessary for future professional activities. The textbook consists of 13 thematic chapters containing basic educational texts, a set of conditional communicative vocabulary exercises, organized according to the principle of increasing complexity, and texts for monitoring understanding and mastery of the material. For 2nd year students of the first (bachelor's) level and 1st year students of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 275 “Transport Technologies (by Type)”.
