The study and practice guide was developed within the framework of the project 101082898 – UKRENERGY, which is financed by the European Union: “Innovative master's courses to support the increase in energy and carbon following the welfare fund of Ukraine.” The project is financed by the European Union, however, it is clear that the authors of the project do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union or the European Nutrition Agency enlighten and culture.
